Designed as a performance upgrade over OEM actuators, it enhances spool characteristics, boost stability, and overall torque delivery across the full RPM range.

Product Overview

The IWG75 series features an increased working ratio compared to factory wastegate actuators. This is achieved through a larger effective diaphragm surface area and revised spring calibration, allowing greater leverage over boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, responsive operation.

With factory base pressure, you can expect:

• Earlier boost onset
• Broader boost and torque curve
• Improved boost hold into higher RPM

Higher base pressure setups can further enhance performance, however tuning and recalibration may be required.
