The Turbosmart GenV Twin Port Internal Wastegate Actuator is designed specifically to suit Garrett G25 Series turbochargers, delivering superior boost control and response compared to factory internal actuators. Featuring technology derived from Turbosmart’s award-winning GenV External Wastegate range, this actuator provides exceptional precision, stability, and control across all performance levels.

The GenV IWG system utilises a large effective diaphragm surface area to improve boost response and enhance power delivery throughout the RPM range.

Turbosmart’s locking collar system allows quick and easy adjustment of base spring pressure, ranging from 5 psi to 26 psi. A Nitronic guide, hard-chromed intermediate rod, and proprietary swivel joint system work together to ensure smooth, reliable, and consistent actuation with excellent sealing and durability under high load conditions.
