The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is designed to deliver maximum boost response and improved control for factory frame turbochargers. As a direct performance upgrade over OEM actuators, the IWG75 series enhances spool characteristics, boost stability, and overall engine performance across the entire RPM range.

Product Overview

The IWG75 actuator features an increased working ratio compared to factory units. This is achieved by increasing the effective diaphragm surface area and optimising the internal spring design, allowing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure—while maintaining excellent responsiveness.

Upgrading with the same base pressure as factory results in:

• Earlier peak boost
• Broader boost and torque curve
• Improved boost hold into higher RPM

Higher base pressure setups can further enhance performance, though tuning and recalibration may be required.
