Turbosmart IWG75 Series Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response and improved control for factory-frame turbochargers. Designed to increase the actuator’s working ratio compared to OEM units, the result is faster spool, stronger mid-range torque, and a broader, more usable boost curve across the RPM range.

The improved performance is achieved through a larger effective diaphragm surface area and carefully selected spring upgrades, allowing the actuator to exert greater control against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining precise and responsive operation.

Running factory base pressure, the IWG75 provides earlier peak boost and extended torque delivery into higher RPM. When paired with increased base pressure, performance gains can be further enhanced, although tuning and recalibration may be required.
