Turbosmart vIWG Vacuum-Operated Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response and precise control for factory frame and performance turbocharger systems. The vIWG range improves boost response across the entire RPM range compared to OEM vacuum actuators.

This improved performance is achieved through an increased working ratio, created by a larger effective diaphragm surface area and revised spring calibration. This provides greater leverage against boost pressure and backpressure while maintaining smooth, highly responsive operation.

When matched to factory base pressure, expect earlier boost onset, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention into higher RPM. Higher base pressure configurations can further enhance performance, though tuning and recalibration is recommended for optimal results.
