Turbosmart Internal Wastegate Actuators are designed to deliver maximum boost response and precise control for factory frame and performance turbocharger systems. The IWG75 and GenV Twin Port ranges improve boost control, spool response, and consistency across the entire RPM range compared to OEM actuators.

This enhanced performance comes from an increased working ratio, achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design. This increases leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, stable and repeatable actuator response.

Running factory base pressure delivers earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM. Higher base pressure configurations can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
