The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is a direct bolt-on performance upgrade designed for factory K04 turbochargers fitted to popular 1.8T engines. It improves boost response, control, and consistency across the entire RPM range, making it a strong upgrade for both street and performance applications.

Product Overview

The IWG75 series delivers a higher working ratio compared to factory wastegate actuators. This is achieved through an increased diaphragm surface area and revised spring calibration, allowing the actuator to exert greater control over boost pressure and exhaust backpressure—while maintaining fast, responsive operation.

With factory base pressure, you can expect:
