The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is designed to deliver maximum boost response and improved control for factory frame turbochargers. As a direct upgrade over OEM actuators, it enhances spool, boost consistency, and overall engine performance across the entire RPM range.

Product Overview

The IWG75 series features an increased working ratio, achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and optimised spring design. This allows greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, responsive operation.

Upgrading with the same base pressure as factory provides:

• Earlier boost onset
• Broader torque and boost curve
• Improved boost hold into higher RPM

Higher base pressure setups can further increase performance, though tuning and recalibration may be required.
