The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is engineered to deliver maximum boost response and control for factory frame turbochargers. Designed as a performance upgrade over OEM actuators, the IWG75 series improves boost stability, response, and overall engine performance across the entire RPM range.

Product Overview

Turbosmart’s IWG75 actuators feature an increased working ratio compared to factory units. This is achieved through a larger effective diaphragm surface area and optimised internal spring design—allowing greater control over boost pressure and improved response to both boost and exhaust backpressure.

By upgrading with the same base pressure as factory, you can expect:

• Earlier boost onset
• Stronger mid-range torque
• Improved boost hold at higher RPM

For higher base pressure setups, additional gains can be achieved, though tuning and recalibration may be required.
