Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. Designed with an increased “working ratio” over OEM units, the IWG75 range improves boost control and response across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design, providing greater control over boost and backpressure forces while maintaining fast, consistent actuator response.

When upgrading with the same base pressure as factory, expect earlier boost onset, a broader torque curve, and improved boost hold at higher RPM. Higher base pressure options offer even greater performance gains but may require ECU tuning and recalibration.
