Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are designed to extract maximum performance from your factory frame turbocharger. Featuring an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range delivers faster boost response and improved control across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced performance comes from a larger effective diaphragm surface area combined with revised spring rates, allowing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining excellent responsiveness.

When matched to factory base pressure, the result is earlier boost onset, a wider torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM. Higher base pressure options can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
