Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response and improved control for factory-frame turbochargers, including the Garrett GT2860RS “Disco Potato”. The IWG75 series increases the actuator’s working ratio over OEM components, resulting in faster boost response and improved torque delivery throughout the RPM range.

This improved working ratio is achieved through an increased effective diaphragm surface area and revised spring configurations. These enhancements allow the actuator to exert greater control against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining precise, responsive operation.
