Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are designed to deliver maximum boost response and improved control for factory-frame turbochargers. Engineered to outperform OEM actuators, the IWG75 range increases the actuator’s working ratio, resulting in faster boost response and improved drivability across the entire RPM range.

This improved working ratio is achieved through a larger effective diaphragm surface area combined with revised spring configurations. This allows the actuator to apply greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining precise, responsive control.

When installed at factory base pressure, the IWG75 delivers earlier boost onset and a broader torque curve that holds further into the RPM range. Increased base pressure options can further enhance performance, although tuning and recalibration may be required.
