The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator for the Nissan 1.6T platform (Juke and Pulsar) is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory actuator, engineered to deliver improved boost control, faster spool, and increased durability.

Compared to the standard OEM “tin can” actuator, the IWG75 provides more stable boost management across the entire RPM range, reducing wasted boost and improving consistency under load. The result is quicker turbo response, stronger mid-range torque, and reduced boost drop-off at higher RPM.

With a 14 PSI internal spring rating, this actuator is particularly effective on tuned setups or vehicles running increased boost levels, where factory control systems begin to lose accuracy.

Built using billet aluminium construction and a reinforced silicone diaphragm, the IWG75 maintains precise control even under elevated boost conditions, making it a reliable upgrade for both street and performance applications.
