The Turbosmart IWG75 Wastegate Actuator Upgrade is a direct bolt-on performance solution for factory K03 turbochargers found in popular 1.8T platforms. Designed to maximise boost response and control, this upgraded actuator significantly improves spool, torque delivery, and boost consistency across the RPM range.

Engineered with an increased working ratio, the IWG75 actuator delivers superior performance over factory units. By increasing diaphragm surface area and refining spring calibration, it provides greater control over boost pressure and exhaust backpressure—while remaining highly responsive.

With the same base pressure as OEM, you can expect:

• Earlier boost onset
• Stronger mid-range torque
• Improved boost hold into higher RPM

Higher base pressure configurations can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
