The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is engineered to maximise boost response and improve turbocharger control for factory-frame turbo applications. Compared to OEM actuators, it delivers faster spool, stronger mid-range torque, and improved boost stability throughout the RPM range.

This performance gain is achieved through an increased working ratio, thanks to a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring configuration. The result is greater mechanical leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure, while maintaining precise and responsive actuator operation.

With factory base pressure, you can expect earlier boost onset, a broader and more usable torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM.
