The Turbosmart IWG75 Series Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is engineered to maximise boost response and improve turbo control for factory-frame turbocharger systems. It delivers faster spool, stronger mid-range torque, and improved boost stability across the entire RPM range compared to OEM actuators.

This performance improvement comes from an increased working ratio, achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring calibration. This increases mechanical leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining precise and responsive actuator control.

With factory base pressure, the result is earlier boost onset, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM. Higher spring pressures can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration is recommended.
