Product Overview

Every Turbosmart turbocharger is supplied with everything required for installation, including weld flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil feed and drain fittings—ensuring a complete, ready-to-install solution.

The TS-1 series features oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight investment cast turbine housings and a proprietary bearing and shaft system. This reduces rotating mass, delivering faster spool and improved transient response while maintaining durability, reliability, and consistent performance.

The ultra-low inertia shaft assembly is paired with aggressive compressor aerodynamics to maximise efficiency at lower shaft speeds. A high-performance turbine wheel ensures strong power delivery under load while maintaining stable airflow at higher boost levels.

Designed with a complete engine system approach, TS-1 turbochargers reduce backpressure and improve overall efficiency—delivering compact, responsive performance compared to conventional turbocharger designs.
