Product Overview

Every Turbosmart turbocharger is supplied with everything required for installation, including weld flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil feed and drain fittings—ensuring an easy, complete fitment solution.

The TS-1 series features oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight investment cast turbine housings and a proprietary bearing and shaft system. This reduces rotating mass, delivering faster spool and improved transient response while maintaining durability and reliability.

Aggressive compressor aerodynamics maximise airflow efficiency at lower shaft speeds, while the high-performance turbine wheel ensures consistent power delivery under load.

Designed using a complete engine system approach, TS-1 turbochargers reduce backpressure and improve overall efficiency—resulting in strong, usable power across the entire RPM range.
