Product Overview

Every Turbosmart turbocharger is supplied with everything required for installation, including weld flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil feed and drain fittings—ensuring a complete and hassle-free setup.

The TS-1 series features oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight investment cast turbine housings and a proprietary bearing and shaft system. This reduces rotating mass, delivering faster transient response and improved throttle reaction without compromising durability.

Aggressive compressor aerodynamics maximise airflow efficiency at lower shaft speeds, while the high-performance turbine wheel maintains consistent power under high load and boost conditions.

Designed using a complete engine system approach, TS-1 turbochargers reduce backpressure and improve overall efficiency—resulting in strong, usable performance across the entire RPM range.
