The TS-1 series features oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight investment cast turbine housings and a proprietary bearing and shaft system. This advanced design reduces rotating mass, delivering faster spool and exceptional transient response while maintaining the performance, durability, and reliability Turbosmart is known for.

The ultra-low rotating mass bearing and shaft assembly is paired with aggressive compressor aerodynamics, delivering strong performance at lower shaft speeds. This is combined with a high-efficiency turbine wheel to maintain power under high load while ensuring consistent airflow.

Designed using a complete engine system approach, TS-1 turbochargers reduce backpressure and improve overall efficiency—delivering smaller, lighter, and faster response compared to conventional turbocharger solutions.
