Product Overview

Every Turbosmart turbocharger is supplied with everything required for installation, including weld flanges, V-band clamps, gaskets, and oil feed and drain fittings—ensuring a complete, ready-to-fit package.

The TS-1 series features oil-cooled turbochargers with lightweight investment cast turbine housings and a proprietary bearing and shaft system. This design significantly reduces rotating mass, delivering improved transient response and faster spool while maintaining durability and reliability.

The ultra-low inertia shaft assembly is matched with aggressive compressor aerodynamics to maximise efficiency at lower shaft speeds. A high-performance turbine wheel ensures consistent power delivery under load while maintaining strong airflow throughout the rev range.

Designed with a complete engine system approach, TS-1 turbochargers reduce backpressure and improve overall efficiency—delivering a compact, lightweight turbo solution with faster response than traditional designs.
