Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are designed to deliver maximum boost response for factory-frame turbochargers, including the Garrett GT2860RS “Disco Potato”. The IWG75 series improves actuator working ratio over OEM components, resulting in faster boost response and improved torque delivery across the entire RPM range.

This improved working ratio is achieved through an increased effective diaphragm surface area and revised spring configurations. These enhancements allow the actuator to apply greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining precise and responsive control.

With factory base pressure, the IWG75 delivers earlier boost onset and a broader, more usable torque curve that extends further into higher RPM. Higher base pressure options can further increase performance; however, tuning and recalibration may be required.
