Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. Featuring an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range improves boost control, spool response, and consistency across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design, providing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, precise actuator response.

When running factory base pressure, expect earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention into higher RPM. Higher base pressure configurations can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
