The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is engineered to deliver maximum boost response and improved control for factory frame turbochargers. Designed as a direct performance upgrade over OEM actuators, it improves spool characteristics, boost stability, and overall torque delivery across the RPM range.

Product Overview

The IWG75 series features an increased working ratio compared to factory wastegate actuators. This is achieved through a larger effective diaphragm surface area and revised spring calibration, allowing greater leverage over boost pressure and exhaust backpressure—while maintaining fast, precise response.

With factory base pressure, you can expect:

• Earlier boost onset
• Broader boost and torque curve
• Improved boost hold into higher RPM

Higher base pressure combinations can further increase performance, though tuning and recalibration may be required.
