The Turbosmart TS-HCT-M075 Constant Tension Hose Clamp covers a clamping range of 2.500" to 3.375" (63–86mm) and is supplied as a pack of 2. It is the right clamp for Turbosmart 2.50", 2.75" and 3.00" silicone hose – the most common intercooler and turbo-outlet sizes on modern turbocharged engines.

Why constant tension?

Standard worm-drive clamps are set once and stay at that diameter. Silicone hose and alloy pipework expand when hot and shrink when cold, so after repeated heat cycles a fixed clamp can end up loose – the classic cause of a boost leak or a popped intercooler hose. A constant tension clamp keeps applying the same clamping force through those cycles, so the joint stays sealed without constant re-tightening.

  • Dual-bead inner shell for an even, positive seal around the full circumference
