Brand: Turbosmart

The Turbosmart TS-HR300400-BK is a straight silicone reducer that steps a 3.00" (76mm) pipe or hose down to 4.00" (102mm) in one moulded piece – the largest step in the Turbosmart straight reducer range. Built from Turbosmart's multi-layer reinforced silicone, it is made for high-boost intake, intercooler and turbo-inlet plumbing where a 4" pipe meets a 3" turbo or throttle body.

Why Turbosmart silicone

  • Multi-layer reinforced construction with a 5mm wall – resists ballooning under boost and collapse under vacuum.
  • Rated to 220 PSI – more than enough for serious turbo and supercharger applications.
  • -50°C to 170°C operating range – handles engine-bay heat and hot charge air without hardening or cracking.
  • Oil, fuel-vapour and ozone resistant for long service life.
  • Smooth bore for minimal flow disruption through the step-down.

Typical uses

  • 4" intake pipe or airbox down to a 3" turbo compressor inlet.
  • Big-tube intercooler piping to 3" throttle body or hot-side outlet.
  • Joining 4" and 3" pipework on custom cold-air and charge-pipe builds.

  • Small end: 3.00" (76mm) ID
