The Turbosmart TS-HR275350-BK is a straight silicone reducer that steps a 2.75" (70mm) connection up to 3.50" (89mm) – a common transition when joining a larger-bore intake or intercooler pipe to a 2.75" throttle body, turbo inlet or airbox. Built from the same multi-layer reinforced silicone Turbosmart use across their intercooler and intake range, it is rated to 220 PSI and -50°C to 170°C, so it is suited to high-boost pressure-side use as well as intake duty.
