Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are designed to maximise boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. With an increased “working ratio” over OEM units, the IWG75 range delivers faster boost onset and improved control across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced performance is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised spring design, providing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining excellent responsiveness.

When running the same base pressure as factory, you can expect earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost hold at higher RPM. Higher base pressure setups can further increase performance but may require ECU tuning and recalibration.
