Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. Featuring an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range provides improved boost control and faster response across the entire RPM range.

This enhanced working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised spring design, allowing greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, consistent actuator response.

When running the same base pressure as factory, expect earlier boost onset, a broader torque curve, and improved boost hold into higher RPM. Higher base pressure options can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
