Turbosmart Internal Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response and precise control for factory frame and performance turbocharger systems. The IWG75 and GenV Twin Port ranges improve boost control, spool response, and consistency across the entire RPM range compared to OEM actuators.

This enhanced performance is achieved through an increased working ratio, created by a larger diaphragm surface area and revised spring design. This increases leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, stable actuator response.

When operating at factory base pressure, expect earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM. Higher base pressure setups can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
