Fenix Full Alloy Performance Radiator for Nissan Silvia S14 & S15 (SR20DET, Manual)

The Fenix RACE1070-FA42M-XPX is a direct-fit, full aluminium performance radiator for the Nissan Silvia S14 and S15 with the SR20DET and a manual gearbox. With a 42 mm alloy core and TIG-welded aluminium tanks, it is the straightforward upgrade for a street, track or drift S-chassis running more boost than the factory plastic-tank radiator was ever designed for.

Why upgrade to a full alloy radiator?

  • More cooling capacity – the thicker 42 mm core and alloy construction dissipate significantly more heat than the standard radiator, keeping coolant temperatures under control during back-to-back laps or extended drift sessions.
  • No plastic tanks to crack – SR20 engine bays run hot and factory plastic tanks fail with age; Fenix tanks are TIG-welded aluminium.
  • Direct bolt-in fitment – retains the factory mounting points, hose positions and fan shroud for a no-fabrication install in the standard radiator location.
  • Manual-specific – no built-in transmission cooler, keeping the core free for coolant flow.
  • Lightweight and corrosion-resistant – aluminium saves weight over the nose and resists internal corrosion.
