Fenix Full Alloy Performance Radiator for Nissan 180SX RPS13 (SR20DET, Manual)

Part number RACE1212-FA42M-XPX is Fenix's full alloy performance radiator for the Nissan 180SX RPS13 with the SR20DET engine and a manual gearbox. It is a direct-fit replacement for the factory radiator that gives the SR20 the cooling capacity it needs once boost, track days or drift sessions enter the picture – with a 42 mm core and TIG-welded aluminium tanks in place of the crimped plastic originals.

Why upgrade to a full alloy radiator?

  • More cooling capacity – the 42 mm full-aluminium core moves significantly more heat than the thin factory core, keeping coolant temperatures stable under sustained load.
  • No plastic end tanks – TIG-welded aluminium tanks eliminate the cracked-tank and leaking-crimp failures common on ageing 180SX radiators.
  • Lighter and corrosion resistant – all-aluminium construction saves weight over copper/brass and won't rot from the inside.
  • Factory mounting – fits the standard mounting points and uses the original hoses and fan positions, so installation is a straightforward swap.
