Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response and improved turbo control for factory-frame turbochargers. The IWG75 range enhances boost stability, spool response, and overall drivability across the entire RPM range compared to OEM actuators.

This improved performance is achieved through an increased working ratio, created by a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring calibration.

With factory base pressure, drivers can expect earlier boost onset, a broader torque curve, and improved boost retention into higher RPM. Higher pressure variants can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration is required.
