The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is engineered to deliver maximum boost response and improved turbo control for factory-frame turbocharger systems. Compared to OEM actuators, it provides faster spool, improved boost stability, and stronger torque delivery throughout the RPM range.

This performance gain is achieved through an increased working ratio, created by a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring calibration. This allows the actuator to generate greater mechanical leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, precise response.
