The Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuator is designed to deliver maximum boost response and improved turbo control for factory-frame turbochargers fitted to the GM LTG 2.0L turbocharged engine platform. This includes applications across Camaro, Cadillac, and Commodore models.

Compared to the factory actuator, the IWG75 increases working efficiency by improving diaphragm surface area and refining internal spring rates. This creates greater mechanical leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure, while maintaining fast and stable actuator response.

With factory base pressure, the result is earlier boost onset, a broader and more usable torque curve, and improved boost retention at higher RPM. When higher base pressures are used, performance gains can be further enhanced, though ECU tuning and recalibration are recommended.
