The Turbosmart GenV Twin Port Internal Wastegate Actuator is engineered specifically for BorgWarner EFR series turbochargers, delivering next-level boost control and actuator performance. Designed using technology derived from Turbosmart’s award-winning GenV external wastegate range, this actuator provides precise control, improved response, and a significantly wider boost control window than OEM units.

The unique dual-port diaphragm system increases effective working surface area, resulting in faster boost response and more accurate control at all performance levels. The locking collar system allows quick and easy spring changes from 5 PSI up to 26 PSI, enabling flexible tuning for a wide range of setups.

Precision-engineered internals, including a Nitronic guide, hard-chromed intermediate rod, and proprietary swivel joint, ensure smooth, linear movement and a superior lower chamber seal for true twin-port operation.
