Fenix Full Alloy Performance Radiator for Toyota Hilux LN106 / LN107 / LN111

The Fenix RACE1330-FA49M-XPX is a direct-fit, full aluminium performance radiator for the Gen II Toyota Hilux diesel (LN106, LN107 and LN111) with a manual transmission. Its 49 mm all-alloy core and TIG-welded aluminium tanks give these hard-working utes far more cooling capacity than the original plastic-tank radiator – ideal for touring, towing, 4WD work and turbo-converted diesels.

Why fit a full alloy radiator?

  • More cooling capacity – a thick 49 mm alloy core keeps coolant temperatures under control on long climbs, in low-range and in summer heat.
  • No plastic tanks to crack – 100% aluminium construction with TIG-welded tanks removes the ageing plastic tanks that fail on these vehicles.
  • Corrosion resistant and durable – aluminium resists rust and handles rough off-road use.
  • Bolts in using factory mounts – designed around the original mounting points and hose positions for a straightforward swap.
  • Ready for modified engines – the right upgrade when adding a turbo, intercooler or heavier loads.
