Fenix Full Alloy Performance Radiator for Toyota Hilux KUN16R / KUN26R

The Fenix TOY2345-FA42A-XPX is a direct-fit, full aluminium performance radiator for the Toyota Hilux KUN16R (2WD) and KUN26R (4WD) 3.0 litre D-4D turbo diesel with an automatic transmission. A 42 mm all-alloy core and TIG-welded aluminium tanks replace the factory plastic-tank radiator, giving the 1KD-FTV the cooling headroom it needs when towing, touring or running an upgraded turbo and tune.

Why fit a full alloy radiator?

  • No plastic tanks to crack – 100% aluminium construction with TIG-welded tanks eliminates the common plastic-tank failure on high-kilometre Hiluxes.

  • Bolts in using factory mounts – designed around the original mounting points, hose positions and shroud.
  • Ready for modified diesels – the right upgrade alongside an intercooler, exhaust or tune.
