These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sydney Performance Parts & Tyres website and the purchase of goods from us. By accessing the site or placing an order you accept these Terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

All orders placed through the website are an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we dispatch the goods or issue an order confirmation email. We may decline any order, including where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or payment cannot be verified.

3. Pricing and GST

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. We use reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy; where an obvious error appears we will contact you before processing.

4. Fitment and vehicle suitability

Many products on this site are performance modifications. You are responsible for confirming a product is suitable, legal for road use in your state, and correctly fitted. If unsure, contact us before purchase. We do not accept liability for losses arising from incorrect fitment or use of a product outside its rated purpose.

5. Road legality

Some products are sold for off-road, motorsport or competition use only. Where a product is marked as such it may not comply with the Australian Design Rules (ADR) or your state's roadworthiness requirements. You must comply with all applicable laws.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, photography, copy and product imagery — is owned by Sydney Performance Parts & Tyres or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
