Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over A$250 within Australia.
• Flat-rate standard shipping of A$19.95 on orders under A$250.
• Bulky and freight-only items (full exhausts, coilovers, intercooler kits, body panels) are quoted at checkout or billed separately. We will contact you with the freight cost before dispatch.

Processing time

In-stock items ordered before 1:00pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Sydney metro local pickup

Local pickup is available from our Prestons workshop at no cost. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and wait for our confirmation email before collecting. Pickup address: Unit 4 / 96-98 Jedda Rd, Prestons NSW 2170.

Delivery times

• Sydney metro: 1–2 business days
• NSW regional: 2–4 business days
• Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra: 2–4 business days
• Adelaide, Hobart: 3–6 business days
• Perth, Darwin, remote areas: 5–10 business days

Times are indicative and depend on the carrier. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder we will email you with an estimated dispatch date. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships.

Carrier and signature

We ship via Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT and Couriers Please depending on size and destination. Signature on delivery is required for orders over A$500. Authority to leave can be requested in the order notes — risk passes to you if you do.

International shipping

We do not currently ship outside Australia. New Zealand orders can be quoted by request — contact us before ordering.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order has not arrived within the expected window or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@sydneyperformance.com.au within 7 days and we will lodge a claim with the carrier.
