Turbosmart IWG75 Upgraded Wastegate Actuators are engineered to deliver maximum boost response from your factory frame turbocharger. Featuring an increased “working ratio” over OEM actuators, the IWG75 range provides faster boost onset and improved control across the entire RPM range.

This improved working ratio is achieved through a larger diaphragm surface area and revised internal spring design, offering greater leverage against boost pressure and exhaust backpressure while maintaining fast, consistent response.

Running the same base pressure as factory results in earlier peak boost, a broader torque curve, and improved boost hold into higher RPM. Higher base pressure setups can further enhance performance, though ECU tuning and recalibration may be required.
