GFB Mach 2 TMS T9119 – Weld-On Recirculating Diverter Valve for Custom Turbo Builds

The GFB Mach 2 T9119 is the universal weld-on version of GFB's proven Mach 2 TMS diverter valve. It is a 100% recirculating (silent) bypass valve supplied on a weld-on base, so it can be fitted to any custom intercooler pipe, fabricated intake or turbo conversion where no bolt-on kit exists. Ideal for engineered builds, dyno cars and projects that must stay quiet and emissions-friendly while still getting a serious upgrade over a factory or generic bypass valve.

Why replace the factory bypass valve?

Holds unlimited boost: factory plastic diaphragm valves and many generic valves blow open under high boost, leaking pressure. The Mach 2's piston design is boost-balanced, so it stays sealed no matter how hard you push the turbo.
Up to 30% faster return to boost: GFB's Turbo Management System (TMS) controls how quickly the valve re-seats after a gear change, keeping the turbo spooled and sharpening throttle response.
Silent recirculation: all vented air returns to the intake, so there's no blow-off noise, no over-rich stumble on metered-air (MAF) engines and no check-engine light.
Billet 6061 construction: machined aluminium body and piston with a precision bore for fast, consistent operation and long service life.
Adjustable spring preload: fine-tune for part-throttle driveability and surge-free operation.

Is there a bolt-on kit for your car?

GFB makes direct-fit Mach 2 kits for many popular platforms – only use the weld-on T9119 when a bolt-on version isn't available. Universal bolt-on options include the Mach 2 T9125 (25 mm in / 25 mm out) and Mach 2 T9133 (33 mm in / 33 mm out).
