Fenix Full Alloy Performance Radiator for Mazda BT-50 TF & Isuzu D-Max RG (2020+)

The Fenix RACE3057-FA36AM-XPX is a direct-fit, full aluminium performance radiator for the current-generation Mazda BT-50 (TF, 2020 onwards) and its shared-platform twin, the Isuzu D-Max (RG, 2020 onwards) with the 3.0L turbo diesel. Built with a 36 mm alloy core and TIG-welded aluminium tanks, it replaces the factory plastic-tank radiator with a unit designed for towing, touring and worked engines where the standard cooling system runs out of headroom.

Why upgrade to a full alloy radiator?

• More cooling capacity – a thicker, higher-efficiency alloy core sheds more heat than the factory unit, keeping coolant temperatures stable under load, in traffic and on long climbs with a van or boat behind you.
• No plastic tanks to crack – the factory plastic end tanks become brittle with heat cycling; Fenix tanks are TIG-welded aluminium for the life of the vehicle.
• Suits automatic and manual – the AM designation means the radiator carries the built-in transmission cooler required for automatics while remaining compatible with manual vehicles.
• Direct bolt-in fitment – uses the factory mounting points, hose positions and fan shroud, so no fabrication or cutting is required.
• Lightweight and corrosion-resistant – aluminium construction keeps weight down and resists internal corrosion far better than copper/brass alternatives.
